Itinerary

This is our first stop to have the tour brief and have an insight into a peaceful community habit, where people start their day slowly, sharing conversation, listening to birdsong, and enjoying the simple pleasures of city life

The monk whose self-immolation in 1963 became one of the most unforgettable images of Vietnam’s modern history. The story behind this historic moment and explain its connection to religion, politics, and the turbulent period of the Vietnam War. It is a reflective stop that offers deeper insight into Saigon’s past and the spirit of its people.

From history, we ride into one of Saigon’s most colorful local markets. The fresh flower market is a vibrant hidden gem, filled with roses, orchids, lilies, lotus flowers, and tropical blooms arriving from different parts of Vietnam and learn more about how the small trading system works

Our journey then takes us into District 5 - Chinatown , one of Saigon’s most fascinating commercial neighborhoods, where we explore a local tailor accessory market. Here you will understand more about the fading cash economy and the importance of family-run businesses in everyday life, how small vendors operate, how prices are negotiated, how trust is built between regular customers and suppliers, and why traditional markets remain such an important part of the local economy.

Here we will learn more stories about the Chinese-Vietnamese community, their customs, and how this historic district has shaped Saigon’s identity over generations.

Along the way, we will pass by traditional medicine street lined with old herbal shops, wooden cabinets, dried roots, spices, and medicinal ingredients used in Chinese and Vietnamese healing practices and health care system in Vietnam today

Zip through hidden alleyways and vibrant streets on a classic Vespa, seeing the city from a local's perspective. This isn't a tour bus route - it's a thrilling ride into the narrow lanes and residential corners where daily life unfolds away from the traffic, giving you a front-row seat to the authentic rhythm of Saigon.

Our cultural journey continues with a visit to an old Buddhist temple with thousands of Buddha statues, a peaceful escape from the noise of the city. Here, guests can observe incense smoke, prayer rituals, beautiful statues, and the quiet devotion of local worshippers and learn more about Vietnames religions and belief.

For the final part of the tour, we ride back toward the heart of the city to see Saigon’s most iconic landmarks (Cathedral, Post office, Reunification Palace). The contrast between hidden local neighborhoods and grand colonial-era architecture shows the many layers of the city.
