  • How far in advance should I book to secure availability?
    • If you already have your travel dates in mind, we recommend booking as early as possible. Our tours are popular and tend to fill up quickly, especially during weekends and peak travel seasons. A little advance planning goes a long way in securing your spot.

  • How can I check if a tour still has open spots?
    • The easiest way is to check real-time availability directly on our website booking page. You can also send us a message on WhatsApp or Zalo at +84 0772993585, or email us at info@vespaadventures.com, and we'll happily check open spots for you right away.

  • Can I book a tour via email, website, or social media?
    • You can absolutely book through email, website, or social media, whatever works best for you. Booking directly through our website offers a few extra conveniences though. You can browse all available tours, check real-time availability, and secure your spot instantly with just a few clicks.

  • What information do I need to provide when booking a tour?
    • Just a few simple details! Let us know which tour you'd like to book, the number of participants, your preferred date and time (including morning or afternoon session for tours with multiple options), and your email address so we can send your confirmation.  
      And here's a little extra: when you book two different tours, you get 10% off the total price!

  • Can I book a private tour or a tour for a large group?
    • Absolutely, we’d love to host you. We specialize in private tours and can easily accommodate large groups. Simply get in touch with us, and we’ll tailor the experience perfectly to your needs.

Payment & Billing

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    • For your convenience, we accept payments via PayPal, as well as all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Amex), and Maestro.

  • Do I need to pay in full at the time of booking?
    • You're welcome to pay in full or simply secure your spot with a deposit. For individual bookings, a 30% deposit is all that's needed. For groups of 7 or more guests, we kindly request a 50% deposit to lock in your arrangements.

  • Can I request a VAT invoice?
    • We can definitely issue a VAT invoice for you. If you need any assistance or have questions about the process, just reach out to us at info@vespaadventures.com or via WhatsApp/Zalo at +84 0772993585. Our team is always happy to help.

  • How do I know if my payment has been successfully confirmed?
    • Once your payment is processed successfully, you'll receive an automatic confirmation email from us right away. If you don't see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder. It sometimes ends up there.

  • What should I do if my payment fails?
    • We'll send you a friendly reminder email with a link so you can easily try the payment again or choose a different method. If you run into any trouble or need a hand, just reach out to us at info@vespaadventures.com or via WhatsApp/Zalo at +84 0772993585. We'll sort it out together.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • What is your cancellation policy?
    • We know travel plans can change unexpectedly, so we try to be as flexible as possible. Here's how it works: 

      Rescheduling
      - Free date changes with at least 24 hours notice before tour start time
      - Changes made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 30% charge

      Cancellation
      - Cancel more than 24 hours in advance: no cancellation fee (only a small transaction fee of approximately 5% charged by banks or PayPal applies)
      - Cancel less than 24 hours before tour start: full charge applies

  • Will I receive a refund if I cancel close to the tour date?
    • If you need to cancel close to your tour time, please reach out to us directly at info@vespaadventures.com or via WhatsApp/Zalo at +84 0772993585. We'll review your situation and do our best to assist you.

      Refunds are handled according to our cancellation policy:
      - Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour are eligible for a full refund
      - Cancellations within 24 hours are reviewed on a case-by-case basis

      Your satisfaction matters to us, and we'll always work toward a fair outcome.

  • How long does it take to process a refund?
    • Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days. The exact timing can vary depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

  • Are there cancellation fees, and how are they calculated?
    • If you cancel more than 24 hours before your tour, we do not charge any cancellation fee from Vespa Adventures. However, please keep in mind that your bank or payment platform such as PayPal may deduct a small, non-refundable transaction fee, typically around 5%, which is outside of our control.  Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time are subject to a full charge, though we're always happy to discuss special circumstances if you reach out to us directly.

  • Can I switch to another tour instead of canceling?
    • If you'd like to switch to a different tour, just reach out to us via email at info@vespaadventures.com or WhatsApp/Zalo at +84 0772993585. We'll gladly help you make the change, no need to cancel. Just contact us and we'll sort it out for you.

Safety & Participation Requirements

  • Do I need any riding experience to join a Vespa tour?
    • No experience is required at all! You’ll ride as a pillion passenger with one of our professional, experienced drivers. All you need to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride.

  • Are the drivers and guides professionally trained in safety?
    • Safety and guest comfort are at the heart of everything we do. Our drivers and guides are fully trained professionals who regularly update their skills through ongoing safety workshops and customer care programs. You can ride with confidence knowing our team is always learning, always improving, and committed to giving you a secure and memorable experience.

  • Do you provide helmets and protective gear for guests?
    • Yes, we provide high-quality helmets and protective gear for all guests as part of our commitment to your safety.

      Beyond the gear, our team is first-aid certified and undergoes regular safety training to handle any situation. We also carry local insurance (Bao Viet) with coverage up to 200,000,000 VND per person, depending on the nature of the incident (coverage applies to accidents, but not in cases where the incident is caused by the guest's own actions). Please note that Vespa Adventures' total liability in any case shall not exceed the insurance payout amount and the tour fee paid by the guest.

  • Are the tours suitable for children, seniors, or families?
    • Most of our tours are designed to be family-friendly and welcoming for all ages. If you’re traveling with young children or seniors, just let us know your group’s composition, and we’ll be happy to recommend the most suitable and comfortable options for you.

  • What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the tour?
    • Vietnam’s tropical climate can bring occasional rain, especially from October to January, but this rarely dampens the spirit of a Vespa Adventure! We are fully prepared with high-quality two-piece rain gear to keep you dry, and we make regular stops at covered locations. In fact, a little rain can offer a unique and authentic glimpse into local life. Our experienced drivers are experts at navigating weather conditions. Your safety is our absolute priority.

      In the unlikely event of severe weather that forces us to cancel the tour, we will notify you as early as possible. Should we need to cancel, you will have the following options:

      1. Reschedule to another date free of charge; or
      2. Receive a 100% refund of the tour price (less any bank transaction fees).

      Please note that, as we have canceled for your safety, we are unable to cover any additional expenses, such as flights or accommodation. Our ultimate goal is always to provide you with a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience.

    • We offer free pickup and drop-off at any location within a 15km radius from the city center. The exact meeting point can vary depending on the specific tour you choose.   • What if I arrive late for the tour?
    • If you're running late, just give us a call or message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help you catch up with the group, but please keep in mind that a late arrival may shorten your overall experience since the tour runs on a set schedule.

  • Can I request a drop-off at another location in town after the tour?
    • Your pickup and drop-off can be at two different locations, as long as both are within a 15km radius from the city center. Just let us know your preferences.

  • Can the itinerary change due to real-time conditions?
    • Flexibility is key to a great experience! Our guides will carefully time the visits at each location and may adjust the order of stops based on real-time conditions. For example, if there’s a light shower, we might spend a little longer at a stop to let it pass, ensuring you’re comfortable.

  • Where can I find updates or reminders about my booked tour?
    • All important updates, reminders, and other essential information regarding your booking will be sent directly to the email address you provided. As your tour date approaches, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder. It sometimes ends up there.

  • Do I need to be a professional creator to apply?
    • Our program is for all storytellers. We’d love to hear from you, whether you’re a full-time creator or a traveler with a passion for capturing and sharing authentic moments from your journey.

  • How does Vespa Adventures choose which creators or posts to feature?
    • Our team reviews every submission with care. We look for content that feels authentic, creative, and captures a genuine emotional connection to the experience. We're drawn to posts that truly reflect the spirit of a Vespa Adventures ride, the joy, the freedom, and the unforgettable moments shared along the way.

  • What rewards do participants receive if their content is selected?
    • As a thank you for sharing your perspective, selected participants will receive a complimentary Vespa Adventures tour valid for 12 months. It's our gift to you, something you can enjoy again yourself or share with someone special.

  • Am I granting Vespa Adventures full rights to my content when I participate?
    • You always retain full ownership of your content. By participating, you permit us to share your featured work on our official channels, and we will always give you full credit.

      By participating in our user-generated content (UGC) program, you confirm your consent to allow Vespa Adventures to use your content for marketing purposes on a perpetual basis without any additional compensation.
